Job summary

OpenAI seeks a Recruiting Coordinator in San Francisco to manage scheduling and logistics for the Recruiting organization. You will partner with recruiters, sourcers, interviewers, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You will greet candidates onsite, manage travel reimbursements, and serve as the primary interview planner across the Robotics team. This is a hybrid role with in-office three days per week and optional remote days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting coordination experience.
• Proficient with scheduling tools: Google Calendar, Guide, Ashby, Slack, Notion.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end scheduling for evergreen and opportunistic roles.
• Partner with recruiting ops to address issues using data and tools.
• Greet candidates onsite to provide a welcoming interview experience.
• Serve as primary scheduling and interview planner for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Utilize Ashby, Guide, ChatGPT, G-Suite and other tools to ensure timely process.
• Adapt to changing demands while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Communicate clearly with candidates and hiring partners, both written and verbal.
• Manage candidate reimbursement and travel (domestic and international).
• Collaborate with Executive Operations to support senior/executive candidates.
