Responsibilities

• Design AI-led measurement framework and pilot AI-driven assessments.
• Architect a global measurement strategy with North Star KPIs and success metrics.
• Lead initiative to scale seller readiness measurement through agentic assessments.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives across Global Field Readiness, Sales Strategy and Sales Organization.
• Foster a cross-functional measurement community of practice across enablement, sales strategy and technology teams.
• Translate data insights into clear, executive-level presentations.
