You'll design and run the end-to-end HR service delivery, pair with the Centers of Excellence, and drive automation while maintaining human oversight, speed, and compliance. This role blends data, AI, and strategy to unlock scalable value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Operations, HR program management, or related fields.
• Proven AI/automation deployment at scale in a global org.
• Strong program management with governance and executive communication.
• Experience with Workday/Jira configurations and integrations.
• Data-driven thinker connecting metrics to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead with foresight to automate and simplify work before issues surface.
• Build and scale AI-powered HR service delivery and knowledge management.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to align HR processes as one system.
• Translate needs into process maps, procedures, and launch plans.
• Lead a team using data and AI for daily decision making.
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
