You will use AI and predictive insight to anticipate organizational needs and lead a team that turns insights into scalable, human-centered solutions. This role sits at the intersection of data, automation, and people strategy, with quarterly in-person surges for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading People Operations programs with cross-functional scope.
• Proven ability to redesign workflows using AI and automation at scale.
• Strong governance, prioritization, and executive communication skills.
• Partnership with HR tech teams on requirements and data quality.
• Data-driven thinker connecting metrics to business outcomes.
• Excellent judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
• Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of HR service delivery.
• Scale AI-powered service delivery and embed automation where it improves speed and accuracy.
• Act as strategic advisor across the People function and Centers of Excellence.
• Translate complex needs into process maps, requirements, and launch plans.
• Lead and develop a team, using data and AI for decision-making.
• Tie process investments to efficiency gains, cost reduction, and employee experience.
