Job summary
ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Development Manager within the Global Partner & Channels organization to accelerate growth with partner ecosystems and AI-led Built On solutions. You will work with strategic Service Provider partners to scale AI-powered managed services powered by ServiceNow’s platform, data, and AI capabilities.
You will be a trusted advisor, helping identify, build, and scale AI-driven solutions while driving long-term growth through platform-led, AI-first innovation across
Qualifications
- Track record in solution business development or sales with managed services or AI-enabled offerings.
- 10+ years of enterprise IT sales experience with complex solutions and partnerships.
- Experience selling to senior leaders in large enterprises.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships at senior levels.
- Knowledge of enterprise platforms and AI trends.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Shape multi-year growth strategies for Built On ServiceNow managed services and AI-led solutions.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and re-platform partner IP onto our platform.
- Collaborate with partner executives to align on growth strategies for Built On and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Develop and bring AI-led Built On solutions to market from concept to launch and GTM.
- Lead deal lifecycle from discovery to business case and launch.
