Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Global Partner Manager – Autonomous Workforce to lead strategy, governance, and GTM execution with strategic system integrator partners. You will align with partner leaders to expand ServiceNow's AI-enabled workforce solutions and drive cross-geo collaboration.

You will own the partner account plan, coordinate joint campaigns, enable field teams, and measure success through revenue and pipeline metrics, ensuring scalable and repeatable partner-driven growth.

Qualifications

12+ years of global alliances and partner sales experience, including business development in Enterprise Software (SaaS).
Proven ability to build go-to-market plans for Channel, SI, and partner organizations.
Strong executive communication and relationship management skills.
Established relationships with major SIs, ISVs, Managed Service Providers, and Value-Added Resellers in software, cloud, and SaaS.
Experience implementing AI-powered solutions and co-innovating with partners.

Responsibilities

Lead the global go-to-market alignment and co-innovation initiatives for a specific Functional Area.
Own and execute the Global Functional Area partner account plan.
Drive cross-geo alignment for a consistent partner experience across routes to market.
Develop and maintain Partner Executive relationships with NOW counterparts.
Advise partners on market, geographic, and route-to-market expansion.
