ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Technology Architect to drive strategic partner growth through pre-sales technical excellence and AI-first offerings. You will partner with executives, shape solution strategy, and lead co-innovation across multiple partner routes to market.

In this role you will own partner engagements, run joint business planning, and translate platform capabilities into scalable, differentiated solutions that accelerate customer value and revenue growth.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or partner strategy with successful technical discovery and demonstrations.
Proven experience with partners, system integrators, hyperscalers or technology alliances.
Strong executive presence to influence VP+ level stakeholders.
Ability to translate business strategy and industry context into actionable growth plans.
Experience shaping partner offerings, go-to-market motions, or practices.
Solid understanding of enterprise platforms and AI-enabled workflows, with industry vertical familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales discovery sessions, executive briefings, and solution demonstrations to prove value.
Drive partner strategy and co-innovation to accelerate growth and pipeline.
Translate platform and AI capabilities into differentiated, scalable partner solutions.
Maintain workflow fluency across CRM, IT, Security, and Business Services.
Design and execute proofs of concept and co-demonstrations with partners.
Provide escalation support for critical partner-led opportunities.
