Job summary

Scan.com is building America’s national imaging network and seeks an Operations Systems Analyst to own CRM, workflow tools, reporting, and automation. You’ll partner with Product and IT to translate operational needs into system requirements, and you’ll leverage AI to streamline operations across data and processes.

In this role you’ll audit systems, fix urgent data gaps, and roadmap automation with Product teams.

Qualifications

Experience partnering with Product teams to translate operational pain points into clear requirements.
Hands-on with AI tools for analysis, scripting, and automation.
Experience administering CRM, ticketing, or workflow systems in an operations context.
Experience building reporting and dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
Track record designing workflow automations that reduce manual work.
Strong analytical skills turning data into a clear point of view.
Experience developing training or supporting non-technical users on new systems.
Ability to operate across systems, data, and process.
Proactive, detail-oriented data quality mindset.

Responsibilities

Own administration of core operational systems (CRM, ticketing, workflow tools).
Build and maintain real-time reporting dashboards for Service Delivery, Implementation, and leadership.
Design and implement workflow automations to reduce manual work.
Bridge Product and Operations, translating needs into system requirements and vice versa.
Scope, test, and roll out system changes with Product and IT.
Troubleshoot system issues and define triage processes.
Maintain clean, well-documented data and standards across systems.
Train and support ops users on new systems and workflows.
Identify AI/automation opportunities and pilot solutions.
Use AI tools to build internal automations, scripts, and reporting logic.
