Job summary

Scan.com is building America’s national imaging network and seeks an Operations Systems Analyst to own CRM, ticketing, workflow tools, reporting, and automation. You’ll partner with Product to translate operational needs into system changes, build real-time dashboards, and apply AI to automate routine work across Operations.

The role reports to the SVP of Operations in a fast-growing scale-up environment. You’ll audit current systems, fix data gaps, and collaborate to roadmap automation that

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with Product teams to translate pain points into requirements.
• Hands-on with AI tools for analysis, scripting, and automations.
• Experience administering CRM/ticketing/workflow systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Notion).
• Experience building reporting and dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of designing workflow automations that reduce manual work.
• Strong analytical skills turning data into clear insights.
• Ability to train and support non-technical users on new systems.
• Comfort operating across systems, data, and process.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with data quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of core operational systems (CRM, ticketing, workflow tools).
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for Service Delivery, Implementation, and leadership.
• Design and implement workflow automations across teams to reduce manual work.
• Translate operational needs into system and product requirements; align Product and Operations.
• Scope, test, and roll out system changes with Product and IT.
• Troubleshoot system issues and establish clear triage processes.
• Maintain clean, well-documented data across operational systems; uphold standards.
• Train and support ops users on new systems and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation and pilot solutions.
• Use AI tooling to build internal automations and reporting logic.
