APPLIED Adhesives is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison between IT and departments across the organization. The role focuses on using AI, automation, and enterprise systems to simplify work and improve efficiency.

You will lead a team to translate business needs into clear requirements and practical technology plans, supporting assessment, solution design, prioritization, and implementation. Remote role with US residence and 5% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–4 years of direct or indirect project management experience.
• 3+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or related role.
• Experience eliciting, documenting, validating, and prioritizing requirements.
• Experience analyzing workflows and translating findings into improvements.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools and enterprise applications.

Aufgaben

• Serve as liaison between IT and departments to translate needs into plans.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and enterprise systems.
• Lead data engineering and AI SME to translate business needs into requirements.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, ERP, Operations, and Data teams on plans.
• Assess needs to meet via existing systems, integration, or new tech.
• Support project design, testing, deployment, adoption, and review.
• Coordinate business validation and user acceptance testing.
• Support adoption, training, and change enablement.
• Promote governance, security, privacy, data quality, compliance.
