Job summary

Scan.com is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to own CRM, ticketing, and workflow tooling, driving real-time reporting, and building AI-driven automations. You will act as a bridge between Product and Operations, translating operational needs into system requirements and implementing scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with Product to audit systems, close data gaps, and roadmap automation that removes manual work across Operations as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with Product teams to translate operational pain into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of core operational systems (CRM, ticketing, workflow tools).
• Build and maintain real-time reporting and dashboards for Service Delivery and leadership.
• Design and implement workflow automations to reduce manual work.
• Bridge between Product and Operations, translating needs into system/product requirements.
• Partner with Product and IT to scope, test, and roll out system changes.
• Troubleshoot system issues and establish triage/resolution processes.
• Maintain clean, well-documented data and standards across systems.
• Train and support ops users on new systems and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to recurring tasks; pilot solutions.
