Job summary

Scan.com is building America’s national imaging network and seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to own CRM infrastructure, data workflows, and communications tooling across the commercial organization. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Data/Engineering to ensure clean data, scalable processes, and accurate reporting.

The role emphasizes revops governance, onboarding workflows for partners, and leveraging AI responsibly to improve efficiency while protecting patient data.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience administering a CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred).
• Experience across multiple systems (CRM, support/ticketing, telephony) and data flow.
• Track record of building reporting and dashboards used for decision making.
• Comfort with structured data, cleaning and analyzing datasets.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve the CRM: pipeline, properties, objects, automations.
• Own communications infrastructure health: SLA monitoring, call routing, inbox config.
• Design onboarding workflows for new partners from intake to CRM ingestion.
• Support sales enablement with accurate CRM data, reporting, and tools.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards for pipeline and SLA adherence.
• Analyze data across core systems to surface trends in partner behavior and channel performance.
• Model costs and usage for RevOps tooling during renewals/vendor evaluations.
• Document processes and data models to scale institutional knowledge.
