Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery, TPM, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong governance, scope management, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience with Professional Services, System Integrators, and external customer teams.
• Understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate program analysis and delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement end-to-end across the full lifecycle, including discovery to handoff.
• Establish engagement governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve risks.
• Direct day-to-day cadence of cross-functional teams to stay aligned on scope and delivery dates.
• Serve as primary contact for VP and C-suite stakeholders, translating workstreams into business outcomes.
• Lead steering reviews and guide customers through organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery and generate project assets.
• Assess readiness and define change enablement post-migration.
