Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery or TPM for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning scopes, cross-functional delivery teams, and tight engagements.
• Strong governance, scope management, business process analysis, and exec stakeholder mgmt.
• Experience with Professional Services, SIs, and external customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end as single point of accountability across lifecycle.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope, resolve delivery risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams; keep scope and dates aligned.
• Serve as primary contact for VP/C-suite stakeholders; translate workstreams to outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate change.
• Lead discovery workshops and Jobs-to-be-Done reviews mapping requirements.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy documentation and accelerate delivery workflows.
• Assess readiness, define change enablement, and lead post-migration handoffs.
