Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery, TPM, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Experience owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong governance, scope management, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience with Professional Services, SI partners, and customer teams.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics or Data Cloud.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end across Discovery to Value Realization.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope, resolve risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams and partners.
• Serve as primary contact for VP- and C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead steering committee reviews and organizational change for customers.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, documentation, and assets.
