Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes and cross-functional delivery teams with milestone discipline.
• Strong governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience orchestrating delivery with Professional Services teams, SIs, and external customer teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud (MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, Data Cloud).
• Proficient in using AI productivity tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate analysis, documentation, and operations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites as needed.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement end-to-end as the single accountability across Discovery to Handoff.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope and risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, unblock delivery, align on scope/dates.
• Serve as trusted contact for VP/C-suite stakeholders, map migration work to business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and guide organizational change.
• Conduct discovery workshops and Jobs-to-be-Done, map legacy processes to target patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy docs, extract logic, auto-generate assets, speed delivery.
• Assess organizational readiness, define change enablement paths, lead post-migration handoffs.
