Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists to lead high-stakes customer migrations and platform modernizations in an AI-native delivery framework. You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, guiding cross-functional teams and engaging with executives to ensure rapid value realization.

As a hybrid of program manager, engagement lead, and business analyst, you will facilitate discovery, map legacy processes to standard patterns, and leverage AI tools to accelerate assets and delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Experience owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional delivery teams and tight milestone discipline.
• Strong background in governance, scope management, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience with Professional Services teams and System Integrators in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engagement success as the single point of accountability across the full lifecycle.
• Establish engagement governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve delivery risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Migration Leads, Professional Services consultants, and SI Partners.
• Serve as primary contact for VP- and C-suite stakeholders, translating migration workstreams into business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and guide organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, documentation, and delivery workflows.
• Assess readiness and define change enablement paths post-migration.
