Salesforce is hiring a Migration Delivery, Deployment Strategist to lead end-to-end migrations and platform modernizations for enterprise customers in an AI-native delivery framework. You will own the delivery lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional pods, and govern programs from discovery to value realization.

This role requires 8+ years of enterprise delivery leadership, governance, and strong stakeholder management, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery, TPM, engagement mgmt, or consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional teams and tight milestones.
• Strong governance, scope management, business process analysis, executive stakeholder management.
• Delivery alongside Professional Services, SI partners, and external customer teams.
• Broad cloud platform understanding across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud ecosystems.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and efficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end as the single accountability point across Discovery through Handoff.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve delivery risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams to keep scope and delivery dates aligned.
• Serve as primary contact for VP/C-suite stakeholders, translating workstreams into business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and guide organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy docs, extract logic, generate assets, accelerate delivery.
• Assess readiness and lead handoffs post-migration to enable lasting adoption.
