Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists to lead end-to-end customer migrations and platform modernizations within an AI-native delivery framework. You will steer engagement strategy, governance, and cross-functional pods to deliver fast, high-impact outcomes for enterprise customers.

Your role blends program management, engagement leadership, and business analysis, with direct interaction at executive levels and a focus on change enablement and rapid value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes, managing cross-functional teams with milestone discipline.
• Strong governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience working with Professional Services teams, SIs, and external customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end as the single point of accountability across the full lifecycle: Discovery → Migration Strategy → Execution Oversight → Value Realization & Handoff.
• Establish engagement governance, track critical-path milestones, manage scope, and resolve delivery risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams and keep them aligned on scope and delivery dates.
• Serve as primary trusted contact for VP- and C-suite stakeholders, translating migration workstreams into business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and reviews, mapping requirements to target platform patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy docs, extract business logic, and accelerate delivery workflows.
