Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists to lead end-to-end migrations and platform modernizations for enterprise customers. You will own engagement strategy, direct cross-functional pods, and executive governance to ensure value realization within a fast-paced delivery lifecycle.

You’ll use AI tools to accelerate discovery, documentation, and handoffs, with travel up to 25% to client sites and a role blending program management, engagement leadership, and business analysis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes and cross-functional delivery teams with tight milestones.
• Strong governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience working with Professional Services, SIs, and external customer teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms (Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, Data Cloud).
• Experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites; degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end as the single point of accountability across the full lifecycle.
• Establish engagement governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve delivery risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams to keep scope and dates aligned.
• Serve as primary trusted contact for VP and C-suite stakeholders, translating workstreams to outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and guide change management within customer organizations.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns; use AI tools to accelerate delivery.
• Assess organization readiness and lead handoffs post-migration for lasting adoption.
