Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists to lead end-to-end migrations and platform modernizations for enterprise customers. You will own discovery, migration strategy, execution oversight, and value realization, guiding cross-functional pods and executive stakeholders to successful outcomes.

In this role, you’ll leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, drive governance, and manage change enablement. Travel up to 25% is required as needed in enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery, TPM, engagement management or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes, cross-functional delivery teams, and tight milestone discipline.
• Strong background in program governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience orchestrating delivery with Professional Services, System Integrators, and external customer teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud ecosystems (MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, or Data Cloud).
• Practical experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate program analysis, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end as the single point of accountability across the full lifecycle: Discovery → Migration Strategy → Execution Oversight → Value Realization & Handoff
• Establish engagement governance, track critical-path milestones, manage scope, and proactively resolve delivery risks
• Direct the day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, including internal Migration Leads and Professional Services consultants
• Serve as the primary trusted contact for VP- and C-suite customer stakeholders, translating complex migration workstreams into clear business outcomes
• Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate organizational change
• Lead discovery workshops and review sessions, mapping requirements to standardized patterns
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy docs and accelerate delivery workflows
• Assess readiness, define change enablement paths, and lead handoffs post-migration for lasting adoption
