Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Delaware is seeking an Executive Director to lead Channel Execution Transformation and Martech Operations. The role blends operational rigor with AI-enabled marketing innovation, driving changes from the front and ensuring scalable controls.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, and Compliance teams to deliver practical, governance-minded Martech capabilities and improved marketing execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in marketing operations, Martech operations, campaign execution, process transformation, project management, or organization change.
• Working knowledge of Martech tools and platforms including workflow, CRM, marketing automation, data activation, digital execution tools.
• Proven experience in data analytics, customer segmentation, audience strategy, and data-driven marketing execution.
• Experience with AI concepts, agentic AI, automation, decision support, and responsible AI in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation initiatives connected to Channel Execution and Operations.
• Define transition from current-state marketing to AI-enabled workflows and adoption plans.
• Bring knowledge of AI concepts, automation, and human-in-the-loop controls to improve outcomes.
• Document current-state processes, pain points, controls, and data handoffs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and training for new Martech and AI capabilities.
• Partner with Product and Technology to clarify platform needs and release impacts.
• Engage various stakeholders to ensure practical, controlled, scalable process changes.
• Lead change activities with playbooks, job aids, and communications.
• Analyze feedback to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Prepare leadership updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
