The leader will define roadmaps, mobilize cross-functional teams, establish governance, and influence senior executives on investments, operating models, and performance outcomes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, transformation, digital product strategy, operations, or related field.
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation programs with executive visibility and measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior executives across complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive enterprise strategy: define the strategic vision, priorities, and multi-year roadmap for AI-enabled journey transformation across customer and employee experiences.
• Partner with executives to prioritize opportunities that accelerate digital adoption and improve outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end transformation execution from strategy through delivery, ensuring alignment across businesses and partners.
• Provide thought leadership on AI, digital trends, and customer experience to inform strategy.
• Shape investment decisions with business cases and value realization plans.
• Maintain strong controls and responsible AI deployment within enterprise governance.
