Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Marketing team seeks a Martech Operations and AI Enablement Lead to balance channel execution with technology transformation.

Half the time, you will drive operating discipline, enablement, and continuous improvement across marketing operations, while the other half focuses on operationalizing Martech platforms, AI capabilities, and workflow modernization in collaboration with Product, Technology, Data, Controls, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as listed.
• Experience leading Martech operations and marketing technology implementations.
• Knowledge of Martech tools: campaign management, CRM, data activation, decisioning, personalization, marketing automation.
• Proven data analytics, audience strategy, and data-driven marketing execution.
• Experience improving technology capabilities for marketing outcomes and efficiency.
• Experience leading or transforming Martech operations or channel execution teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Martech operations transformation with focus on operating discipline, service delivery, and quality.
• Operationalize technology capabilities with use cases, routines, and adoption plans.
• Translate marketing needs into platform requirements and backlog priorities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification.
• Drive AI enablement to support productivity, QA, decision support, and workflow acceleration.
• Lead cross-functional change management across Marketing, Data, Tech, Risk, and Compliance.
• Establish governance and performance measures for adoption and impact.
• Provide coaching on process transformation, training, and post-launch stabilization.
• Create executive-ready updates on impact, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Develop scalable playbooks and documentation for sustainability.
