Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data, marketing, information systems, business, or related field.
• Experience leading Martech operations, marketing technology implementations, and digital transformation.
• Working knowledge of Martech platforms and tools, including CRM, data activation, personalization, and marketing automation.
• Proven experience in data analytics, segmentation, measurement, and data-driven marketing execution.
• Experience operationalizing tech capabilities to improve marketing outcomes and efficiency.
• Experience leading Martech or channel execution teams, with focus on controls, capacity, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Martech operations transformation while maintaining focus on channel execution, service delivery, controls, and speed to market.
• Operationalize technology capabilities with use cases, routines, process changes, and adoption plans.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to translate needs into platform requirements and release readiness.
• Assess Martech tools and workflows to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Drive AI enablement opportunities for productivity, quality assurance, and decision support.
• Lead cross-functional change management across Marketing, Data, Controls, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Technology.
• Establish governance and performance metrics to monitor adoption and impact.
• Guide teams through process transformation, role clarity, training, adoption, and post-launch stabilization.
• Create executive-ready updates on impact, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
• Build scalable playbooks, documentation, and readiness materials for Martech and AI capabilities.
