NinjaOne seeks a Senior Manager of AI & Transformation to lead the design, deployment, and adoption of AI-driven systems across Global Marketing Operations. You’ll craft predictive models and agentic workflows, while guiding governance and enablement to ensure responsible AI adoption.

You will manage a small team, partner with Data & AI and Technology Strategy, and drive change management to enable scalable automation across campaigns and data operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent applied experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and shape the highest priority AI use cases for the MOps team.
