Meta is seeking an experienced strategy and operations professional for Marketing Strategic Planning & Operations. You will be the strategic partner and operations architect for a marketing leader, shaping plans and operations for a sizable portfolio while the team evolves into an AI-native operating model.

Expect 10+ years across strategy, operations, or marketing, with a track record in cross-functional planning, executive communication, and influencing senior leaders without formal authority.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across strategy, operations, or marketing
• Experience designing and running the operating cadence of a large, matrixed organization
• Track record of framing ambiguous, cross-organizational problems and driving them to a decision
• Experience communicating complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply, including to executive audiences
• Experience influencing senior leaders without formal authority
• Experience balancing attention to detail with big-picture strategic thinking
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and balancing analysis against execution
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies
