Cockroach Labs is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to blend operational excellence with AI technologies to scale our go-to-market engine. You love building systems, optimizing processes, and automating repetitive work, working with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, RevOps, and GTM Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing operations in a B2B enterprise environment.
• Expertise in Marketo and Salesforce for campaigns, lead management and integrations.
• Experience building high-performing email and cross-channel nurture programs.
• Proven track record of designing AI-enabled workflows that scale.
• Strong project management and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Campaign & Email Operations: manage segmentation, attribution, QA, and automation.
• Field Marketing & Event Operations: support webinars, events, and pipeline attribution.
• Database & Systems: maintain Marketo/SFDC health, enrichment, deduplication, routing.
• AI & Automation: build workflows with n8n, Openprise, Clay, and APIs to reduce manual work.
