OneTrust, LLC is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to turn innovative ideas into scalable programs. You’ll manage Marketo, optimize lead workflows, and design connected marketing tech solutions while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and related teams to drive measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, hands-on tech work, and applying AI-enabled automation to improve marketing efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

• MCE certification or comparable Marketo expertise required.
• Experience using go-to-market technologies such as 6sense, Qualified, LeanData, and Salesloft is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with AI-enabled marketing technologies, automation, or workflow optimization.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and how it connects with marketing systems.
• Solid grasp of lead management concepts, including scoring, lifecycle management, routing, enrichment, and campaign measurement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to day-to-day management, troubleshooting, and solution design of our Marketo instance.
• Monitor and improve lead management processes, including scoring, enrichment, lifecycle management, routing, and other workflows.
• Understand how marketing technologies work together and help design connected solutions with minimal downstream impact.
• Partner with demand generation to ensure campaigns are built and measured for business outcomes.
• Explore and apply AI-enabled features and automation within marketing technologies to boost efficiency and data quality.
