Job summary

PTC is seeking an AI Operations Lead to design, build, deploy, and scale AI-powered systems for GrowthOS. You will partner with marketers and technical teams to automate workflows and enable teams to work more efficiently with AI-enabled tools.

You will embed with marketing users to translate business challenges into technical solutions, building systems that replace repetitive tasks with strategic AI-driven processes, improving engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of software engineering experience.
2+ years hands-on experience building production AI or LLM-powered apps.
Strong Python development experience.
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Gemini).
Experience with workflow automation/orchestration platforms (n8n, Airflow, Temporal, Zapier).
Experience integrating enterprise apps (CRM, marketing automation).
Strong prompt design and production AI operations knowledge.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and build AI-powered workflows and agent-based systems for marketing operations.
Create reusable agent architectures — skills, tools, memory, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails.
Maintain prompt libraries, workflow templates, and automation frameworks.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption opportunities.
Build and maintain workflow automation using platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, Claude Code.
Design end-to-end processes connecting data, AI agents, and business systems.
Develop scalable automation frameworks across marketing functions.
Integrate AI-powered solutions with Salesforce, Eloqua, SiteCore, and internal data platforms.
Establish monitoring, logging, evaluation, and reporting for AI systems.
Build governance mechanisms for compliance, brand integrity, and auditability.
Partner with marketing teams to understand objectives and challenges.
Train users on AI-enabled workflows and drive adoption and long-term usage.
Document processes, playbooks, and best practices to support scalability.
