Job summary

Capital One’s Retail Learning and Development team seeks a Senior Learning Manager to lead a high-performing group delivering end-to-end learning strategy, design, and facilitation for frontline associates and their leaders across Bank Voice, Bank Operations, and Customer Protection.

You will pioneer AI-enabled learning, accelerate speed to market, and transform training into engaging, practical experiences while coaching the team to adopt AI practices at the speed of the business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• At least 3 years of experience in Client-Facing Learning Consulting.
• At least 3 years of experience in Learning Strategy Creation.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management.

Responsibilities

• Consult with senior leaders to diagnose learning gaps and align solutions to strategic imperatives.
• Set multi-year learning strategy and roadmap, including onboarding and continuous upskilling.
• Synthesize learning analytics into executive narratives showing business impact.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled learning tools and adaptive pathways to accelerate delivery for frontline staff.
• Build credibility with cross-functional teams and share best practices to optimize capabilities across Capital One.
