This role embeds with account leaders to diagnose skills needs, design tailored AI-enabled learning pathways, and drive a scalable, role-based capability transformation across the REMS business line.

The role emphasizes collaboration with People Partners, T&D product leads, and senior leaders to deliver practical, measurable learning outcomes and ROI.

Qualifikationen

• Diagnose skills gaps across business areas and identify learning needs.
• Anchor learning to business priorities and success definitions.
• Build role-based AI learning and pathways with capability plans.
• Create and execute a skills-based transformation roadmap.
• Determine delivery models leveraging centralised T&D and open-enrolment before bespoke builds.
• Co-own the Skilled Trades pathway and engineering onboarding at scale.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose skill gaps and translate into targeted L&D interventions.
• Collaborate with leaders to frame learning in business outcomes and ROI.
• Design and deliver end-to-end upskilling programs (in-person, webinar, e-learning).
• Measure impact using ROI metrics and report to stakeholders.
• Partner with platforms, accounts L&D, and leadership to scale learning across REMS.
