Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a REMS L&D Partner – PM & WPM in Chicago to design and deliver targeted upskilling that aligns with PM and WPM goals amid AI adoption. You’ll collaborate with engineers, account directors, and leadership to map roles to REMS curricula and scale learning for 2,000+ PM learners within a year.

You will own end-to-end learning programs, measure impact with ROI metrics, and drive change management for the transformation of the PM and WPM functions.

Qualifications

• Diagnose how AI and technology change roles and identify the learning needs.
• Map PM integration into the REMS curriculum and onboarding PM leaders to REMS programs.
• Design AI adoption pathways for PM and WPM operations to meet targets with measurable outcomes.
• Define and report ROI and business impact metrics for learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with platform and account teams to spread skill-building across the organisation.
• Lead change management and leader enablement for transformation.
• Partner with People Partners and leaders to align to talent strategy and priorities.
• Deliver end-to-end learning experiences grounded in real business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of L&D design and delivery for PM and WPM.
• Lead needs analysis, design, delivery (in-person, webinar or e-learning) and measurement.
• Define learning pathways and content tailored to roles and AI adoption.
• Collaborate with engineers, account directors and business leaders to ensure relevance.
• Develop ROI metrics and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with REMS L&D to scale learning across platforms and accounts.
• Support hiring and onboarding readiness for PM and WPM talent.
• Drive change management and leadership enablement for the transformation.
