Job summary

JLL is seeking a REMS Key Accounts L&D Lead in Chicago to drive AI-enabled learning across major client accounts including Google, Amazon, Cisco, HSBC and Rolls-Royce. You will translate business priorities into practical capability building, standardise content, and roll out AI adoption pathways while leading the on-account L&D team.

You'll collaborate across the platform, influence account leaders, and develop a single learning framework that scales from large to smaller accounts.

• Deliver the Account Management & SD Sales Program across major and smaller accounts with standardized content and completion data.
• Understand and anchor to account priorities; frame interventions in business terms, not just skills.
• Support the learning element of skills transformation across roles affected by AI; help individuals reskill as work evolves.
• Roll out AI adoption pathways consistently across accounts; track and measure adoption.
• Set a single on-account skills framework and shared content library, replacing account-by-account builds.
• Identify learning needs for leaders across accounts and drive standardized learning for measurable impact.
• Embed client-focus and culture outcomes into onboarding and manager development across accounts.
• Lead the on-account L&D team to deliver transformation priorities at scale.
