Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Lead Learning & Development Partner in Chicago, IL to lead on-account L&D programs across major clients. You will translate business priorities into practical capability building, design engaging learning experiences, and drive standardized frameworks across REMS accounts.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven storytelling, and the ability to navigate rapid AI-enabled change within a global real estate context.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning programs for enterprise accounts.
• Ability to translate business priorities into practical learning solutions.
• Proven track record to manage AI-enabled learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Account Management & SD Sales Program across Google, Amazon, Cisco, HSBC, Rolls‑Royce and smaller accounts with one rollout and one completion data set.
• Anchor learning to account priorities and translate business problems into relevant learning interventions.
• Support the learning element of skills transformation as roles evolve with AI; help learners reskill for new work.
• Roll out AI adoption pathways across accounts and track completion.
• Set a single on-account skills framework and shared content library across accounts.
• Identify leader upskilling needs and drive standardized learning.
• Embed client-focus and culture into onboarding and manager development.
• Own the L&D playbook for onboarding new accounts and transitions.
• Align account L&D with the central platform and manage the on-line leadership.
• Extend coverage to smaller business lines and identify other accounts that could benefit.
• Drive REMS L&D communities of practice and communicate impact with data.
