Job summary

JLL is seeking a strategic Learning and Development Manager to lead upskilling and reskilling across Corporate Functions and JLL Technologies. You will design future-focused learning programs, collaborate with HR and business leaders, and drive adoption of AI-enabled learning strategies to keep JLL competitive in a transforming real estate landscape.

Qualifications

5+ years in learning and development, ideally within professional services or financial services.
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale L&D programs in global, matrixed organizations.
Best in-class facilitation skills both virtually and in person.
Executive coaching and psychometric assessments.
Proven track record in stakeholder management across multiple geographies and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to create a long-term vision and roadmap for workforce capability development that aligns with AI and technology strategy.
Design learning experiences and curricula that build future-ready capabilities including AI literacy and data-driven decision making.
Create learning materials and collaborate with the L&D design team and SMEs.
Coordinate regional and global rollout of standardized learning pathways and capability frameworks.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and blended learning experiences that drive behavioral change.
