Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Director of Learning & Development to lead upskilling across Corporate Functions and JLL Technologies. You’ll design future-ready curricula, foster AI literacy, and partner with executives to align learning with business priorities.

You’ll deliver engaging, inclusive training, coach leaders, and drive adoption of standardized pathways across regions to strengthen our talent in a rapidly evolving AI-enabled landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning and development, ideally within professional services, consulting, or financial services.
• Experience delivering large-scale L&D programs in global, matrixed organizations.
• Executive coaching and psychometric assessments; strong facilitation skills both virtual and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders across Corporate Functions and JLL Technologies to champion upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
• Design learning experiences, curricula, and pathways aligned with AI and technology strategy.
• Deliver workshops and blended learning, creating safe environments for experimentation and growth.
• Coordinate regional and global rollout of standardized pathways and frameworks across functions.
• Capture metrics and ROI data; report insights and recommendations to executives.
