Job summary

JLL in Chicago is seeking a REMS L&D Partner to design and deliver AI-enabled learning for Property Management and Workplace Management. You will embed with engineers, account directors and leaders to create measurable upskilling and reskilling aligned to strategic business outcomes.

As part of REMS, you will champion agile, data-driven learning, drive change management, and scale programs across PM and WPM—aiming to train thousands of learners with practical, business-focused curriculum.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting-style ability to diagnose skills gaps and propose targeted learning solutions.
• Proven track record in designing & delivering L&D programs anchored in business problems.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and ROI measurement in learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning strategy for PM and WPM, aligning with REMS L&D goals.
• Design end-to-end upskilling programs including needs analysis, design, delivery, and measurement.
• Co-own PM integration into REMS curriculum and scale to 2,000+ PM learners within 12 months.
