• Serve as primary L&D consultant for the Cisco account and diagnose performance gaps to tailor high-impact learning solutions.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior account leadership and business partners.
• Deliver and facilitate a range of development programs including leadership, skills training, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement the L&D strategy with AI upskilling pathways to adapt to evolving roles.
• Partner with HR and department heads on performance management and succession planning.
• Monitor program effectiveness and manage the L&D budget with cost efficiency.
