Job summary

Harvey is building a best-in-class go-to-market engine and is seeking a GTM Systems Administrator to join the GTM Systems team. You\'ll work on projects across the full GTM lifecycle, from sourcing, enriching, and routing leads at the top of the funnel to supporting customers through Zendesk and CS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work across a variety of projects on the GTM Systems team, with some sprints focused on top-of-funnel growth and others on support and customer success tooling, flexing to where the business needs you most.
• Design and improve top-of-funnel systems including lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing, building enrichment workflows in Clay and across data providers (ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, Clearbit, etc.) to power inbound and outbound pipeline.
• Configure and optimize Zendesk as Harvey's primary support platform (ticket routing, triggers, automations, macros, SLA policies, agent workspace) and support adjacent CS platforms like Catalyst.
• Contribute to Salesforce configuration across the funnel, including lead routing, scoring, lifecycle stages, and automation (Flows, validation rules, custom objects), and how data flows across Salesforce, mark
