Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Experience supporting GTM functions (Sales, CS, RevOps, Partnerships).
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills.
• Ability to partner with senior hiring managers and use data to influence decisions.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle GTM recruiting across Sales, CS, Partnerships, and RevOps for multiple NA locations.
• Build high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions and calibrate expectations as needed.
• Drive process improvements and track recruiting metrics to inform decisions.
• Manage competing priorities while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
