Job summary

Socket.dev is hiring a GTM Systems Engineer to design, build, and scale the technical infrastructure behind our go-to-market engine. You will own the architecture connecting CRM, marketing automation, sales tools, and a data warehouse to automate workflows and deliver trusted funnel insights.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and GTM Ops to improve data quality, speed up processes, and provide leadership with a clear view of the sales funnel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a technical Sales/Marketing Ops role at a high-growth company.
• Deep hands-on experience administering and customizing Salesforce, including objects, flows, permissions, and integrations
• Experience building integrations with APIs and automation platforms (Zapier, Workato, Tray.io) and scripting in Python or JavaScript is a strong plus
• Strong SQL skills and experience with a data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Experience building CPQ and billing systems is preferred
• A systems-thinking mindset: design for scale, document work, and ensure clean data
• Thrive in high-autonomy environments and own problems end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain GTM tech stack: CRM, CPQ, marketing automation infrastructure
• Design and own integrations and data flows between GTM systems and data warehouse using APIs, webhooks, and reverse ETL
• Build automations to improve data hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and deal desk processes
• Develop AI-powered and agent-based workflows that remove manual work and surface timely signals to reps
• Ensure data integrity across systems with clear data models, deduplication, validation rules, and monitoring
• Partner with Ops and Data Engineering to support reporting, dashboards, and forecasting infrastructure
• Evaluate, implement, and retire tools with documentation and change management
