Abnormal AI is seeking a Principal, Strategy & Transformation to join the Go-to-Market Strategy team. This AI-native role will source data, build models, and run analyses to deliver sharp recommendations to senior stakeholders.

You’ll drive cross-functional execution and ensure teams have context, timelines are honest, and progress is elevated when needed. You will use AI tools (LLMs, coding agents, SQL/Python copilots) as your default workflow to frame problems, develop insights, and package

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-MBA, with at least 2 in management consulting or equivalent demonstrated output.
• MBA from a top-tier school.
• Deep experience in enterprise tech; cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior audiences.
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Frame and break down complex business problems; drive analysis using AI tools as the default workflow.
• Build analyses, models, and dashboards independently that would normally require a team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, gather information, and co-create deliverables.
• Present recommendations that hold up under executive scrutiny.
• Drive cross-functional execution after recommendations land and maintain timelines.
• Wear multiple hats: strategy, project management, and hands-on execution as needed.
• Coach analysts on using AI to extend output.
