LinkedIn is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Sr Associate in the U.S. (hybrid NYC or SF) to partner with senior sales leaders and translate ambiguous GTM challenges into structured analytics and scalable AI-enabled solutions.

You will drive revenue growth and sales productivity by shaping go-to-market strategy, building territory plans, forecasting, and automating workflows, while collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Systems teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, finance, or an analytical/operational role.
• 2+ years of experience operating with Excel
• BA/BS degree in business, operations, engineering, analytics, or related field

Responsibilities

• Advise senior sales leaders on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations.
• Perform complex data analysis and share insights using SQL, Tableau, Salesforce.
• Build and ship AI-powered tools to solve GTM problems across forecasting, quota setting, territory planning, segmentation, and reporting.
• Automate workflows end-to-end by replacing high-value manual processes with reliable automations.
• Lead end-to-end territory planning and quota setting processes.
• Lead ad hoc and operational projects with regional or global impact.
• Establish partnerships with GTM Operations, Finance, Sales Leadership, Systems & Tools.
• Collaborate with Systems and Business Analytics teams to automate processes and enhance reporting.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment to drive business outcomes.
