Intuit is seeking a Principal on the Sales Strategy & Transformation team to steer the design and launch of new sales motions, using rigorous analyses to shape go-to-market strategies across segments and channels. You will partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and HR to ground recommendations in data-driven analysis and executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch new sales motions from concept through execution, across segments, channels, and cross-functional partners
• Analyze seller productivity data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for sales leadership
• Build GTM strategies for high-priority market opportunities with defined revenue targets and go-to-market approach
• Size and frame new market opportunities; define resource requirements and model revenue potential
• Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategy
• Write and own executive-ready memos, briefings, and narratives to accelerate leadership decisions
• Own and contribute to the strategic priority cadence and executive briefing rhythm for the Sales Leadership Team
• Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and HR to ground recommendations in integrated analysis
• Lead change management and cross-functional coordination for strategic initiatives you own end-to-end
• Build and deploy AI agents, simulations, or automated workflows to accelerate strategy testing and decision-making
