Job summary

Abnormal AI is seeking a Principal, Strategy & Transformation to join the GTM Strategy team. You will source data, build models, and run analyses with AI by default, then package sharp recommendations for senior stakeholders at the partner level.

You will drive cross-functional execution and ensure teams have context and honest timelines. You’ll own the end-to-end process from analysis to execution, leveraging AI tools, and coaching analysts on AI-enabled output.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-MBA, with at least 2 in management consulting or equivalent output.
• MBA from top-tier B-school or direct promote track in consulting.
• Deep experience in enterprise tech; cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Frame and break down complex business problems and drive analysis using AI tools as the default workflow.
• Build and iterate analyses, models, and dashboards on your own that would traditionally require a team.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring context, timelines, and escalation when needed.
• Present recommendations that withstand executive scrutiny and drive cross-functional execution.
