Abnormal AI is seeking a Senior Director of GTM Finance to drive strategic financial planning for the go-to-market organization in the United States. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate growth objectives into actionable plans, build driver-based models, and lead forecasting and compensation governance.

Qualifications

• Senior-level FP&A or strategic finance leadership in high-growth SaaS.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM.
• Strong financial modeling and driver-based forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM finance planning across bookings, ARR, pipeline, and headcount.
• Own sales compensation design, governance, and forecasting.
• Develop executive-ready narratives connecting results to drivers.
