Abnormal AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of GTM Finance to lead the financial strategy across our go-to-market organization, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and GTM Operations to translate growth goals into actionable plans for bookings, pipeline, capacity, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in FP&A or strategic finance with leadership in a high-growth SaaS/recurring-revenue business.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and GTM economics including ARR, bookings, pipeline, conversion, and retention.
• Experience owning or materially influencing GTM planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Experience partnering with senior Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance executives.
• Experience with sales compensation strategy, plan modeling, commissions forecasting, or commissions administration.
• Strong headcount management and operating expense control to link investments to outcomes.
• Exceptional analytical skills for detailed analysis and executive discussions.
• Strong financial modeling with driver-based forecasts and scenario planning in dynamic environments.
• Ability to translate large data sets into concise insights and actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to improve processes, controls, and operating discipline; interest in AI/automation.
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Engineering; MBA/CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM Finance partnership for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM functions with a clear financial POV.
• Own GTM planning and forecasting across bookings, ARR, pipeline, capacity, headcount, and operating expenses.
• Develop understanding of GTM performance and identify risks/opportunities ahead of results.
• Partner with Sales and GTM Operations on capacity planning, quota assumptions, ramp, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation performance, investment efficiency, and channel allocation.
• Support Customer Success with retention, churn, renewals, and capacity planning.
• Lead sales compensation strategy, modeling, and cost forecasting; oversee commissions forecasting and administration.
• Build executive-ready narratives linking results to drivers and actions.
• Provide financial leadership on major GTM initiatives: new products, geographic expansion, pricing/packaging, channels, and productivity programs.
• Build driver-based models connecting pipeline to bookings, ARR, revenue, and profitability.
• Leverage AI/automation to improve forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and scale planning/reporting processes.
• Establish clear metrics, cadences, and management reports for fast, informed decisions.
• Lead and develop the GTM Finance team, building strong cross-functional partnerships.
