Abnormal AI is hiring a Principal, Strategy & Transformation to lead GTM strategy initiatives in the United States. You will source data, build models, and run analyses with AI, packaging sharp recommendations for senior stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years post-MBA with top-tier consulting or equivalent, plus deep enterprise tech experience. You’ll own cross-functional execution and coach teams to extend AI-powered insights.

Qualifications

• MBA from a top-tier business school with post-MBA experience in strategy or consulting.
• Extensive experience in enterprise tech or high-growth SaaS is preferred.
• Ability to lead with influence and manage executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Frame and break down complex business problems and drive analysis with AI tools.
• Build analyses, models, and dashboards that traditionally require a team.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution post-recommendation.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Drive end-to-end execution while adapting to evolving priorities.
• Coach analysts on leveraging AI to enhance output.
