Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks a Sr. Director of AI Strategy & GTM to advise clients on AI transformation, ROI, and operating models. You will shape roadmaps, governance, and adoption strategies in collaboration with Architects, Delivery, and Partners.

You will drive pre-sales, develop executive materials, and help convert priorities into qualified opportunities. Strong communication and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, strategy, transformation, AI, data, analytics, or client-facing roles.
• 4+ years shaping or delivering AI, data science, machine learning, GenAI, agentic AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 4+ years of demonstrated strategy acumen, including operating model design and value case development.
• 4+ years of experience supporting presales activities such as opportunity identification and proposal development.
• 5+ years of knowledge around enterprise AI concepts: LLMs, AI agents, governance, adoption.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted client advisor to identify AI transformation opportunities and value cases.
• Shape AI strategy, operating model, governance, adoption, and roadmaps for clients.
• Translate client needs into practical AI solutions with architects, delivery teams, and partners.
• Develop proposals, ROI models, business cases, and executive-ready client materials.
• Support opportunity qualification, deal shaping, solutioning, and mobilization into delivery.
• Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, assessments, and roadmap development.
• Connect AI use cases to operating model change and measurable enterprise value.
• Reuse and improve global GTM assets and client-facing narratives.
• Stay current on AI trends, responsible AI, and partner capabilities.
